Hello from London

Just signed in and i have to say i think this site is great. One of the best articles Ive ever read on the web was the one here dedicated to the ‘Easy-Hardgainer’ - explained me to a tee, for example how is it that im free squating 450lbs for reps and have only moderately large legs and jo shmo can only manage half that but has legs like tree trunks! To be fair I did already adhere to several of its philosophies but it gave me a few extra as well!

Anyway for my first post heres my recently modified programme (no legs at mo, have got an injury im resting up).

ANY feedback, tips, advice much appreciated.

Welcome to T-Nation. It is THE best site on the web. My advice to you is the same advice I took from here when I first found it - do the exercise you hate to do, in your case, Bent Rows. For me, it was Front Squats, which I now LOVE. Chances are that you can’t stand them because they expose a weakness of yours. By avoiding this weakness, you are avoiding your potential as well. Go light if you have to, but you will quickly progress and it will help your other lifts as well. So erase the notion that you hate them and start doing them. Again, welcome and looking forward to more of your posts.

Much appreciated, you could be right, although its weird cos my seated row is one of my stronger exercises! I think the reason why i dislike the bent over row is that i find it difficult to control eccentrically. Think im just gonna have to go back to basics and start with a light weight.
