i´m a big fan of T-Nation,especially of the articles,
from germany.
the knowledge in the us is very different compared to europe,thats why i hope to find out something new.
for example…
i´m searching a typical advice/log for building strength and mostly size.
i know everybody is different,but do you have a main orientation?
