635x smoke show<~~~~ pretty good for feeling horrible today- 775 at the top. The biggest draw back of the TRX is you have absolutely no idea where your depth is at. I literally went as low as I physically could for both of these. I got video and was low enough for it to pass… which is all that matters. I love this squat suit.

Once you get past all the product hawking and how balls deep Mike Boyle is in Gray Cook, there is a shit load of good info in there. Those hip lifts were very difficult. Not difficult in a “sweet burn, bro” kinda way. More like a I suck at everything kinda way.

Mike Robertsons exercises might add 100lbs to my squat.

Any opinion on them?

I honestly have no fucking clue, my mom handed it to me and told me to try it so I have been. I can’t really say because I keep having issues during wrestling it almost always comes off and it has to be on a couple of days to build up the effect. I’m not gonna have practice for a day or two and put on a new patch on this morning so I guess I’ll report back. I’m not even sure what the hell I’m supposed to be feeling though

EDIT: Just looked it up, yes it’s the same thing that people use in conjuction with the hCG program. I believe it has no affiliation though and hits different frequencies.

Well, I am not dead but I am pretty sure it wouldn’t feel too much different than how I feel right now. Tomorrow is 5 weeks out. Training has sucked, diet has sucked, life has been stupid. On the bright side, even if I go and suck at nationals, I have my hotel room for a couple extra days so I can wallow in my sorrows at Disney World.

PM- Walked for 20mins on 9 percent incline @ 3mph… with a 50lb weight vest on. This was awful.
