Meat Footage:
Awesome meet footage, is there a reason you lift in what appear to be skateboarding shoes? Lmao, just wondering, not dissing them at all.
New post: Death To Fitness: You've Already Lost
As impressive as those lifts were, I’m more impressed by the soundtrack by helmet. Killer work dude.

They are a $10 pair of Elements and I have had them for about 12 years. I just prefer them over chucks or oly shoes (because oly shoes are terrible for powerlifting). I have big feet too. Making it so any checks I wear, I have to break in for a while before I can train comfortably in them. The elements are wide and flat, giving them a ton more surface area in contact with the ground. They are pretty awesome for squatting and pulling.

Figured you had a reason. I always thought that my etnies or whatever seemed to have just as hard a sole as my converse so I can see it working.
I’m a little late, but great job at the meet Storm. You made it look alot easier than it is. I’ve gotta agree with WF i liked the music as well.
I was at the meet ever more impressive in person. inspiring.

Monday-12-19-11- Asthma Attack Monday
It’s like 2 degrees outside today.
Prowler Draggin…
360lbs x 6 forward drags for 60 feet
270lbs x 6 backward drags for 60 feet
There about 2 dozen people in the baseball field across from my house with fake swords, shields, helmets, huge flags with old English family crests on them, and something that sounded like the horn of fucking Gondor, beating the living shit out of eachother the entire time I was dragging in the street. It was awesome. They were looking at me like I was the weird one. I guess I now live in Middle-fucking-Earth.

After the last 4 days, I think my Backloading meals deserve some recognition…
Monday-12-19-11- Backload
6:30pm-
65g pro. shake
Giant Gatorade
12oz sirloin topped with blue cheese
2 cups of mashed potatos
1 lb of french fries topped with bacon & cheese
3 loafs of pumpernickel bread
8:00pm-
2 liter of coke… not diet.
I havent talked too much about this yet… its been 4 days, my calories have doubled, and I’ve lost 10lbs. Stupid-simple.

Can you explain back-loading a bit? I’ve read a little about it but don’t totally understand. Is it literally just holding off all carbs until later in the day/ using them pwo by working out later in the day?

I don’t want to go too much into detail because this is how Keifer makes his money but, thats the general idea. Buy the book. It’s worth every penny. I haven’t even been following it as super strict as he suggests and it works like crazy. Seriously, it is fucking nuts.

Hey Storm
Awesome job at the meet. I’ve been following along and I wanna thank you for the inspiration. What is the name of the book?
