The Jack. It’s like they took 3 rage X’s and 3 king pressers, made them all have sex at gunpoint, and then melted all of the babies that they made together to make one bench shirt. Its awesome.

Far and away the coolest shirt I`ve ever seen. Two of my training partners had them, they seemed super easy to work in. What were you using for a single ply? I had been trying to fuck around with this Titan Katana, and it worked like shit for me.

Yea, I am not a huge fan of Titan. I think the Inzer single ply is the best out there. Metal is pretty good too but with the learning curve, you might as well get a bunch of multi ply gear. The single ply Inzer MaxDL is the best deadlift suit on Earth as far as I am concerned.

Way to kick ass, Mike, those are some awesome numbers. I finally have my first meet planned out in April at the AAPF Nationals and my training cycle lines up perfectly. Can’t wait to get out on the platform.

Thats awesome man. Good luck with the training for the meet. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

You’re a fucking animal, inspirational lifting storm 1815 is an awesome raw total especially in the USAPL this is a good log to look at to shame me into getting stronger.

Thanks buddy. Once I get some technique problems taken care of, it will be a whole lot better next time.

Wednesday-12-14-11- Extra

Some shoulder mobility

Murder Log- 187lbs clean and jerk with a 10inch bench log for 30 reps in 11:37… sucked.

excellent meet - seems like the training set-up is working well!

It’s working very well. I am terrified to see what I am going to pull in March at the Arnold.

Remember… 10,000 hours to master a skill… More time doing some competition lifts? Hahaha fantastic lifting! That is really amazing. Keep training hard. This log is the best on T-Nation IMO.

I hope you’re doing Raw Nationals, so I can pick your brain about training

I am considering it. If I am not confident in at least a 1900lb total, there is no reason for me to go.

So I’ve currently got a minor concussion so I don’t have to be on weight for wrestling and this inspired me to leave me room and down a 116g whey shake w/ powerade and leftover chinese.
