Rumble Rolled my upper back, lower back, lats, did a ton of T-Spine mobility over the roller (which is in my opinion the only way to loosen all that stuff up), IT bands (building pressure waves and doing some self ART), and quads

Stretched a little bit
A shitload more mobility. Started using a heavier band tension for the traction work. Stretching a blue band to 5 feet while trying to get your femur into the back of your hip capsule is very interesting. It must be what William Wallace felt like at the end of Braveheart.
Prowler- Pushed 90lbs for 10 trips of 60 feet… went very fast and wasnt the least bit winded. The concentrated loading of all the GPP work is really paying off from the last cycle.

Hamstring Curls- Lightx100 reps<~~~ these are so easy now. I didnt feel like I was doing anything until rep 80-85.
OH Squats- Did a million
Ended with this:
Choked a strong band around my rack, looped the other end around the crease of my hip, walked away from the rack until it felt like my leg was going to be ripped off, then squatted down and moved around for a while. I have done this before but with less band tension. This was brutal. I took it off and did some BW squats and it felt like I have never squatted before. My femur felt perfectly set and my internal rotators were actually loose for once. It only took about 250lbs of band tension but now it feels great. I am going to do this again later.
