No changes for this week

Things are going the way we want right now

Good job

Try getting all your meals in every day, it should be getting easier now as far as appetite is concerned

The reason why this is important is because at some point I will need to reduce your cals (I will add in some cardio before removing stuff though)
How do you think being on your feet for 12 hours straight affects your calves’ size?
I work as a care assistant, and maybe spend 6 hours a shift walking around, and feel like my calves are pretty good considering they get no attention in the gym.
I know many people think it’s all genetic anyway with calves, but I was wondering what your thoughts were.
I’d also be interested to see how the calf development of people who walk a lot compares to people with a desk job on a larger scale, but don’t know of any studies.
i have always hasd pretty big and developed calves, being heavy/fat and walking a lot probably had a lot to do with it, as i have NEVER done direct calve work.

Awesome work so far man. You are thick as hell through the back and lower body.

I think you are gonna look awesome leaned out. Keep it up!
appreciated man.

Heavy do you have a mild case of Gyno?

Let’s get through the cycle at least one more full rotation before changing anything. Looks like you’re hitting a good groove with it in spite of the groin setback, so we’ll keep that up for a few more weeks. The rhythm is the hardest part, once you get to where the diet and training are in a groove, things get a lot easier.

Wow. Okay. Lol

Well I wouldn’t call it a “mild case” I have man boobs. Had them since I was a Kid. Always been pretty self conscious about it, Thanks for noticing ð??¢

I have pubescent gyno that is very apparent (to me at least) at higher bodyfats, but all but disappears when I get really lean. Just FYI.

I must not know what gyno is. To my eyes HT doesn’t have anything resembling fucking gyno; he is just carrying fat in his stomach and under his arms like a huge number of men do.

I look at shirtless men too much.

Dam I need halp.

Either he has fat storage patterns that give him that appearance (pseudogynecomastia, which “a huge number of men” have) or he’s got actual gyno. Given the otherwise masculine fat distribution on his body (he’s a textbook “apple”) and the fact that he says he’s had them since he was a kid, there’s a good chance there’s at least a little glandular tissue in there. No big deal, for most mild cases, it’s not very noticable once you’re really lean.

And the the fact that he has done cycles in the past, all made me ask that question. I meant no insult by it just asking

no worries opth, i am aware of my man-boobs and other flaws, lol.

btw, if i noticed anything different about my body since implementing Strong’s programing, is my leg condition. i believe my legs have become more vascular since starting.

hard to get a pic that the lighting shows it, but this one does somewhat.

Where you playing ball if you dont mind telling.

Heavy telling ER war stories over in GAL, shocking the younguns.

I hope it’s OK to chime in, but I wanted to say; HT, I admire the hell out of you for being able to do all this with the incredible workload and family responsibilities you have. I read through the thread and I saw that your coaches had to, kind of, put you back on track but still; much respect.
Looking forward to seeing the end result of your hard work.

All the best,

Marc

A month in, how would you rate things so far?

I play in Austin for a team called the Texas Xtreme, although I had to sit out this year with some torn ligaments in my foot…
