quick question, what benefit does the vitamin e have? what "special purpose does it serve, especially just before bed, just curious.

not surprised that i gained weight 11th and 12th, as i was able to get all 4 meals in as planned and eat all of them 10th-and 11th.
energy levels fine, feel good, not really craving junk, yet, i am going out tonight with friends and having my cheat meal, probable steak and potatoes, at our favorite steak house.
training wise, nothing much to report, still nursing the injured groin, so i am doing the upper body stuff as programmed, but the low body stuff, i am still doing the pre-exhuaust , but going light on the main movements, doing the 20 reps only, not the 3-
x8 or the 5x3 loading.

ur probably right, but the kind of shape im in now, NO WAY im gonna do " pose pics" i feel weird enough as it is just the single biceps shot earlier.
my wife who would be taking them would laugh her ass of, and she has quite the ass to laugh off.

I’d say you could be in seriously nasty condition (like pretty close to contest shape) at 170. Don’t take that at an insult, at 5’6", a shredded 170 is a pretty bad dude. Considering the hormone replacement you’re on, if you did everything correctly and busted your ass, you could probably “diet up” to a degree and gain some muscle in the process.
By the way, I’m learning to throw now (hammer, shot, disc) from a former client of mine who’s throwing at an SEC school now. We’re trading places almost, haha.
