Hey guys, I’m having a real hard time here trying to trim down my midsection. I’m finding that it’s very stubborn in the sense that compared to the rest of my body, especially my lower region like my legs, it seems to be very soft and flabby around my buttocks, hips, and my abdomen. The funny thing is that there is a bone right below my abdomen on both sides which I can feel and sometimes see in the mirror and it really wonders me why it seems to be very trim around there but not around my belly! I seem to be having very uneven body fat distribution. Can anyone recommend anything I can change or any supplements I could start taking to burn away this unsightly fat around my midsection? Thanks in advance!!!
try some straight yohimbe, might help out.
Lower your calories, try Meltdown training or Davie’s “Fat to Fire” program. Try what you have not done dietarily or workout wise. Ever tried a low carb diet? Ever do any cardio? Do you lift? . You don’t say anything about what you are doing now. It sounds like there is a lot to lose, so get started by reading everything you find on the search engine about “fat loss”, “body compositon”, etc. The fact of the matter is: everyone has a different body fat distribution and everyone has some problem areas. You can’t target these areas so you just have to lose more bodyfat.
