Cross Body Hammer Curls:
30’s for 2 sets of 30 These don’t bother my tendonitis issue at all, so I was hoping it would get some blood flow to the area and rehab it a little bit.

I took no rest during the superset. So it was just do 10 leg curls, walk to the leg extension and to 10 of those, walk back to the leg curl, etc, etc…
