Actually May sounds just about right…

405 5x double overhand
This dude at our gym pulled 495 double overhand, so naturally I was like “lol fuk u I’ll do that”. I didn’t though… It was actually really hard.
Pretty much just did neutral grip pullups for the rest of the day. Several hundred. I dunno how many. I have a thing set up in my door frame at home.

Eh I couldn’t really hit press that well today. I kept getting this weird pain in my groin. Not like in my legs, but actually right below my lower abs. Was really messing me up.

On overhead movements, my left arm gets badly stuck. I don’t feel any pain like you would if something were impinged (or maybe it is impinged but just not in a painful way). It will go up and like get caught halfway to where I can’t push it up any higher without considerably more effort than it takes on my right side. Anyhow I feel like I need to focus on unilaterally stretching that left side. The pec-shoulder tie in is massively tighter than the right side. I injured the right some time back, and in the process of rehabbing the injury that side ended up with way better mobility rofl. The left side can’t hardly get in the plane to move weights overhead at all.
yes sir stretch and mobility my shoulders do the same type of thing
Time to get the log caught up!

I’m jealous of you guys who can lift for such a long time. If I’m gone for more than an hour at a time, my wife loses her shit.

Same deal for me too flipcollar!! It’s either
A) Wife loses her mind
B) Bosses get pissed for taking past an hour lunch break
C) I’m such a pansy that after heavy squats or deadlifts I want to go home and eat ice cream and contemplate why I lift to begin with!
