Can you upload it - I so wanna see that vid in real time.

Rofl dude there’s no way we’re uploading that in real time. It’s gonna have to be like 8x speed or something at least.[/quote]
Damn, I would have loved to watch the Squat King train for a couple hours.

Oh it didn’t take nearly that long. You should give it a watch anyway though. He slowed it back down at the end. You might pick up a useful queue or two from Chia who knows. I don’t actually even know if you ever pull conventional or not, but I think he does still out pull you by a little bit at 80lbs less BW so there may be something for you to takeaway lol.
That reminded me though, I never asked about your squat. Squats usually respond pretty well to gettin swoled. Have you hit any big squat PR’s in your full house form?

No lie, these became an instant favorite. There’s something about the constant increasing weight as the chain comes off the ground that causes you to contract the bicep tigher and tigher until it’s squeezing like crazy at the top. Great pump from that one.

Throw some bands on a machine preacher curl machine. Probably my favortie bicep exercise. The top of the movement is quite nice

I used to do these things called “jettisons” which were pretty cool. You get an EZ bar with a relatively easy weight. Stand on a miniband and grab the other end in both hands, then also grab the curl bar. Do curls like that with the weight + band tension until you start getting close to failure. Drop the band and keep going with just straight weight. When you get close to failing on that, set it down and pick just the band back up and burn out on miniband curls.

Very cool. Messed around with something like that recently and one for rear delts/rows as well. Shelby posted something like that for back extensions
