I didnāt pay too much attention to counting these. I just did some reps mixed with some slow negatives and static holds and whatnot. The rings feel incredible for strengthening the entire arm/shoulder area. I may have pushed my left bicep a little bit doing these though, but itās not too bad.

Nice highbar work. Do you wear a belt. Ive found a belt less helpfull on highbar vs. lowbar- where it was very helpfull, like a deadlift.

Low Bar Squat: didnāt really know what I wanted to do on squats today, so I just had a little fun!

435 0x I let myself get all freaked out by this, and I went down way too slowly and tried to mess with my bar position mid lift and it was just not the best. Thatās okay; wasnāt a good day to try this anyhow, just thought I may as well give it a ride.

5 sets of 10-20 depending on how slow I was doing them and if I did any pauses
Seated Curls:
4 sets of tons of reps
Swiss Bar Curls:
4 sets of 8-10
Strip Set:
9 5lb plates on each side (135), went to near falure and then removed a 5 and repeated till I got to just the bar, then went to failure. Pretty brutal.
Did one last set of face down incline bench curls really slow for as many reps as I could to finish off de pump.
Fuck you biceps! Eat shit! My left arm was still feeling weird, but itās been like a month now without any decent arm training because of this crap. It can either tear or heal, but I have given it enough time to do either so it will just have to deal with it. Thatās my bicepās problem, not mine.
