Hcg for fertility after 5 years on cycle

Hey guys I’m 27 years old been on a cycle for the past 5 years. Been trying to get my girl pregnant but having no luck. Got my sperm test and showed very low levels. I got my hands on pharma grade Hcg/hmg what dosage should I start at with Hcg? When does hmg come in place?

I made an HCG-specific thread years ago. You can search for it.

  1. Go to a urologist who deals with fertility.

  2. HCG monotherapy is 9,000 to 10,000 IU per week (no typos on those numbers).

  3. HCG with TRT is 500 IU twice per week up to 1000 IU thrice per week.

I don’t know about it and it is unneeded with HCG. I had two kids with HCG use.

Question about Hcg… Hcg seems to only increase LH not fsh and fsh is the hormone that affects fertility. How does Hcg alone help with fertility ?

It doesn’t increase either one. I don’t know the exact mechanism by which it works. I do know it’s effective.

Do you plan on seeing a doc?

HCG 500-1000iu EOD, HMG 75iu EOD or daily if needed.

A dose of 500-600IU hCG 3x per week usually works for those using testosterone and wishing to continue with it. It mimics FSH and LH effect on the testicles. Injectable FSH is also available though more expensive.
