After doing O-lifts and some sprinting, my hammies. glutes are so sore. I know I should stretch before hand, but I don’t. Besides Eric C’s videos, do you guys know a good video or free on line program? Thanks
Why not just get MM? Best DVD out there ok it’s kind, IMO.
I love MM. It is a great warm up and I have noticed the increased flexibility and increased response from my glutes.
