So, tonight was light and easy though I did use the new Fat Gripz X for different stimulus.

205 x 3 x 5(pauses)

Standing Crunches:
70 lbs x 20

I was really feeling the bench work in my arms tonight, the Fat Gripz X are changing the game. I will start using the orange Fat Gripz X to work over-head presses and curls to get more out of those lifts.

Tonights lifting was fast and light again.

The Fat Gripz X factor is real. I’m feeling new muscle activation in my chest/shoulder tie ins as well as in my upper chest. My triceps are also getting a little extra work from the FGX.

NHLFTR-The Fat Gripz make the bar like a really thick bar and it’s a significant difference. Tonight went well.

Tonight I tried the supplement Norvaline with my coffee and OH Boy! does that stuff get you going. I only had about 400 mg of the Norvaline and that is plenty. I believe it suppresses arginase in your system which increases NO significantly. I got a big boost.

Tonight was the first night back for 3 weeks of heavy lifting and things went well even though I didn’t get enough sleep last night due to my 4 year old waking up for 2 hours of coughing and crying in the middle of the night.

I dragged through this lifting with very low energy. Just one of those days. Doing lots of therapy tonight so hopefully tomorrow I will lift heavier.

Norvaline? I gotta check it out, I could use the boost

Tonight’s lifting went well. Yesterday I had a bit of total exhaustion. Sunday night to Monday morning was a coughing and crying maelstrom because my daughters were up and keeping me up with their illness. Monday I was devastated and felt like my body was being smashed by opposing rolling pins. I thought I had a severe flu but it turned out all I need was a good night’s sleep which I got Monday night.

So, after the huge lifting day on Sunday and little sleep I paid the price Monday but today I bounced back most of the way. Another good night of sleep and I may have a really good lifting day.

Almost had a good night of sleep and today’s lifting went very well which surprised me a bit.

Felt lazy tonight but the lifting I did was easy and smooth. My bench felt better than yesterday.

I was going to do heavy deads tonight however I was very ho-hum and lacked any aggression. Also, I felt like wet blanket so decided to do heavy dead work tomorrow.

GV, looks like you’re a fan of the orange fat gripz. they are a game changer. it’s almost like you’re using a false grip on bench and OH work.

Also, I do a 3 count in the hole on paused squats. There are days when I do them before my work sets if my hips aren’t fully lubed & cooperating.
