kpsnap-I received red lights for my third squat but everyone but the judges told me it looked good. Oh well, them’s the breaks.
If you are who I think you are, the online results give you credit for the 518 squat at the meet (third attempt).

My 273 lbs bench was completed but the pause wasn’t there, touch and go, and I was shifting all over the bench. Tonight it unlikely I will lift due to my feeling like crap(heavy work day), I might have a cold-again(caught it from my 15 month old), and may have a family dinner to attend to. I may try to do a late lifting but I may just be all pooped out.

So, my 15 month old girl gave me another cold, yeah! I wasn’t able to lift or do much of anything on Tuesday and Wednesday and work was a ton of fun. Dragging a cold with the extreme heat and humidity is a workout of it’s own. Lifting yesterday went well though the remnants of this cold were holding on and still are.

I have been inconstant lately due to my cold and feeling like I have a 300 lbs kettlebell dragging on my body but hopefully the bug has been dismissed. Today I actually have felt pretty good and I can breathe. Today I will begin a light week because I’ve done 3 heavy weeks and it’s time for a break. I think the 3 week wave of intensity followed by a week of easy lifting is a cool cycle to follow. Hopefully, there will be large gains in order.

Work this past week has been a real killer leaving every part of my body aching every day. Thunderstorms knocked me out of work Wednesday so I had to make up a lot of work on Thursday and Friday. Today my body is sore from my hair to my toes so I’ll probably lift later.
Today began another 3 week cycle of heavy daily lifting. I was fortunate to be lifting in only 80 degree temps due to a thunderstorm so it was fairly cool lifting.

Thanks Dave. It was a good session and this morning I am feeling the results. Running a 50 minute meet for almost every daily lifting is fun because the lift segments are short and very effective.
After work today I didn’t feel like doing much and my total body stress from yesterday was fairly high but I finally put some umph together and got to lifting tonight for a light session.
