It’s good that you know these things. I’m not a fan of fasting or reduced meals like many are these days. I think while adding calories may be counter intuitive I would like to see what it does. IMO I would like to see less time on the bike/treadmill, more time resistance training, and more frequent meals.
I’m currently overweight and in the process of rebuilding myself as well so I can’t claim to be an expert. But once upon a time I was a power lifter and had my gym routing and diet dialed in.
You are doing too much cardio. Cardio doesn’t mean fat loss…cardio exercises your cardiovascular system. Spend that hour and a half or so on weights, with a little cool down on the bike. Have a weekly plan. Monday is legs, Tuesday is chest, etc. Whatever works for you.
Eat more protein. You may not be losing weight as fast as you prefer but you may end up putting on a little lean muscle and burning a little fat. Keep track of your body fat %, get a scale that measures that. Weigh/measure yourself daily…look at the progress over weeks, not days.
Yeah I need up weights definitely . Changing my whole routine this week. Well after I recover a bit from the cupping .
I get cupping done every 2 months. Amazing amount of energy , mental clarity , skin texture changes. I listen to my body a lot, and my body is very happy after a session of cupping .
I’m re starting a old Juice detox business, hence why my finances are at a halt. Literally need to get the domain and hosting and ready to go. So it’s been a bit of both . Running around getting equipment , stock, produce. And then a lot of sitting at the desk designing the site, and the biggest headache is the Seo.
So it’s recovering my body , eating right , and this re start venture. Can’t say it’s easy lol

Yeah the HCG has made a huge difference. Not to be to specific but it’s only been a month and
I have noticed growth in areas that were once limited lol.
Yes what you say does make me think of re structuring my routine because the days that eat more, I notice more weight loss on my stomach as opposed to the usual routine .

Umm I get headaches a lot lol, seems like everything I take gives me a headache at some point, so I can’t say that the dandelion did that, but generally dehydration will give me a headache and that stuff is meant to dry you out, so it makes sense
Yes indeed! Ok so you are sedentary at work it seems. The reason I am asking is to calculate your TDEE. We need to figure that out so you have a baseline for calories in your current ‘mode’ and then we can adjust those and fine tune your workout program. Also, sorry if I missed it but whats your age?
