Hi, I’m new to this site. I have been lifting for about 3 years now and accomplished a lot. But of late it doesn’t seem that I am growing, like I have plateaued or something. I am really looking for some hard-core mass building workouts. I have never been afraid of heavy weight and my goal is to add 3-4 inches around my arms and chest. Any suggestions would make my day. I don’t do roids, id like to get scary the natural way.
I am big fan of High Frequency Training…Read Chad Waterbury’s stuff. If you want different…it is. It is also highly effective. If your like most people you have probably been doing standard training splits…Just keep an open mind and try it before judging it, some of it sounds counter-intuitive on the surface.
