Well, Dave Tate is kinda that big…and yeah, I’m kinda that small! 
Thanks everyone! It’s been a relatively quiet day for me. Luckily, my grandmother remembered it was my birthday and called me this morning. I think everyone else forgot!
But that’s okay because I was deathly ill with food poisoning last weekend and felt like shit all this week. I finally feel normal today and will go out with some friends to celebrate tonight.
Things are going well, overall. I finally moved into my own place (what a relief!), my job is great, and although I have down days thinking of my dad, I know that he’s in a better place. Training is going good (except this week) too!
I’ve tried to post more lately, as things have been crazy the last few months, and I haven’t been able to get on here that much.
I need to post pics of the updated/upgraded home gym. And soon, I’ll be ready to post some updated physique pics.
Thanks again for remembering my birthday…it’s great to be 26 AGAIN!!!

LOL! Yeah, me and the King of the Jungle do go back a long time, don’t we Mufasa?
It’s funny to think when the forum first started and how few members there were and how close everyone seemed to be. I was actually hesitant to joining and posting on the forum for a month or two when it first started. And now, almost 7 or so years later (and 5,000 posts not including all the posts from the “first” forum), there are still many good people on here.
Remember when I had my own web site with different photos posted (Jill from Nebraska caused quite a stir around here…and my roommate Melissa at the time)? That was pretty funny! I had all sorts of training info and links to T-mag articles, plus sections about me and my car. Good memories indeed.
I’ve been fortunate to meet many people through the first T-mag/Biotest seminar in 2002 in Orlando, the Staley Bootcamp in 2005 and the DC Test Fest in 2006. I’d like to do that more often. It’s always good to meet people in real life to see if they are the same as on here. Luckily, what you see is what you get with me. I think my posts, pics, advice and everything else are pretty much spot on for who I am as a person…and in person!
Mufasa, not too worried about that loss to Vandy. The Gators will bounce back once again (just like last year) and have another chance at the championship for a second year in a row!
