I’m a bodybuilder using the Hang clean, as my primary “Olympic” type lift. I’m focusing on continued development in the posterior chain, lats, upper traps and lats.
Anyone else using Hang cleans as an Olympic lift, especially for Hypertrophy?
I was using Dumbbell snatches, but gave up on them since I wasn’t sure if it was aggravating my biceps tendon, and Poliquin also discouraged using this lift.
Any other Olympic lifts you’ve been using for hypertrophy, and specific thoughts on the Hang clean would be appreciated.
