Hammer Strength Arm Curls...

At my gym there are two separate hammer strength arm curl’s. One is 45 degrees and the other is 60 degrees. Is there any difference in the arm curl’s besides 15 degrees? For instance, is one better to use than the other? Or does the difference in the angle have no relevance at all besides a gravitational effect.

Thank you.

It’s not a gigantic difference from one to the other. Obviously the steeper on will be more difficult with a lighter weight, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

If it’s a machine (plate loaded or cable/stack), it’s not so much about the effect of gravity as it is the effect of a different stretch on the biceps.
