In the past 2-3 months I’ve lost about 30 pounds. I stuck to my diet and training throughout this time but I’ve started to lose focus. My calorie intake has increased yet again without working out on that day. I’m afraid that because of the results I’ve gotten in the past few months that I don’t have enough motivation left to really reach my goal which is to get my body-fat percentage in the single digits region.
That’s why I’d like to ask T-Nation members if they have any suggestions, articles or anything that would help me get my head straight and really let me reach my goal.

Sure as hell worked for me.
I read the article it’s what really jump started my goal in the first place. Right now I’m somewhere between goal 2 and 3 but guess I just need more “fuel”
another picture with your shirt off sat next to a pic of a guy with abs should do the trick.

You might want to try finding a motivative workout partner.
if you don’t have the self motivation to reach your goal, you’re not going to meet them. It’s that simple. You can just give up now. No one is gonna get into single digit body fat by doing things half-assed.
Now if you’ve really been working your ass off your two or three months maybe its time to take a week off, ease up on the diet, stick to light workouts, and rethink how much you want to meet your goals.
Im new here and Ive been in your boat dude. I ended up taking the easy road. Guess what? It made me friggen miserable so March of 2007 I started working at taking everything off that I had taken off once before. Trust me you dont want to do that!! It fricken sucks, and the whole time you wonder what would I look like now if I just had stuck with it.
Ill tell you this for myself, Ill never wonder that again. This time its for life.
All I can say is you will be happier in the long run if you kick yourself in the ass now, and get your head on straight yourself.
And if you cant do that then you were not strong enough to get there in the first place.
Im about 30lbs into this thing, with another 30 to go I think. Just stay strong.
