I’d probably go for a deloading week with reduced volume on the accessory work and perform some low intensity high rep stuff.

For a strength athlete, it’s better to be fast twitch dominant than slow twitch submissive anyway.

Jerking is a great full body exercise and I’ve recently even mastered the hook grip. Too bad I’m not allowed to jerk with chalk in my gym, even if I promise to clean.
