Agreed, this has only heightened my respect for stand up guys like the contributing authors and especially Brad Cordoza.
I am new here. I have only made a couple of posts.
I have been lurking for a while and have come regard a lot of what HW has said with some suspicion. I am an OLer, also in the 105 kg. class. The lifts this guy has claimed are pretty fantastic. I mean that they are probably fantasy. There are guys who make those lifts but not many and we know who those guys are. I know Matt Devine indirectly, through a few other lifters. I don’t think that MD is HW. HW does seem to know what he’s talking about OLwise anyway. There are only a handful of guys that have made more than 400 pounds in the CJ in the USA. That’s a pretty big number. Anyway, my best lifts are 120/160. Pathetic in comparison to HW.
