Are you kidding? My shoulder/traps are my strongpoint as far as size goes, but a back bicep pose would show that better… maybe later

Dan, I love the One Lift A Day program. Can you tell me if you approve of my exercise choices?

Monday- Squat, curl, press, side raise.

Tuesday- RDL, skull crushers, front raise, kickbacks.

Wednesday- off

Thursday- Bench press, reverse curl, abs on swiss ball, wrist curls.

Friday- off

Saturday- Chin-ups, rows, pressdowns, french presses, hammer curls.

Bench 300, squat 400, deadlift 500

Back in highschool I was alot stronger. I weighed 140 and I could get 10 ATG reps with 315. But there were lots of guys there stronger than men, so my numbers aren’t that impressive.

…and I was planning on doing the velocity diet so I can get down to 10% bf and then go on a clean bulk.
