26 Y/O M. Less than 8% Body Fat

I have a crazy fast metabolism.
It really sux.

To gain/maintain weight I need to eat about 3kg a day.
Heaviest ive ever been is near 80kg, n that was after a year in lock up,
training hard, and eating hard.

If I bulk up to about 90kgs ide be happy.
Don’t get me wrong, im strong as fuck.
(the other week I picked up a 4 cyl engine with the gear box attached, and put it in the back of my ute. LOl. the shop was taking to long getting the forklift. PMSL shoulda seen the look on their faces when they got there and I was strapping it down.)

180cm’s tall @ 60kg
(WAY to skinny. Comes from working 9 hours a day laboring flatout, and not eating till dinner)

Man what a first post!

Lookin’ hard as a mah fucka. 10 out of 10.

I’m jealous. 10/10

Jesus titty fucking christ.

lol, well played OP

Wow.
Thanks guys.
TBH I half expected a whole heap of flaming.

I would have understood why too. I have a (grunter hunter) dog who weighs more than me! Hahahahaha.
He is more shredded, way more solid, and just tough as brass nuts!
(Bull Arab x Johnson Bulldog x Great dane)

I’ll post another pic of myself in the new year.
I plan to gain around 15kg before then.
I know, I know, its prolly medically improbable.

Don’t want to hear it. I know my body, I control it.
The first 10kgs comes on in just under 2 weeks, the other 5 will be the struggle.
The mind is an incredible thing.

Breathing is also an amazing thing.
I mean, I’m no hardcore experienced “body builder”,
but I DO know (from experience) that breathing is JUST AS IMPORTANT as lifting and eating.
On my off days I’m wrecked. (I push till total muscle failure, and it kills me for the next two days at least)
As I can’t lift in that state (nor would I ever try), I simply breath.

The result is a pump, as hard and if not harder, than I get from lifting.
Slow, deep breathing. multiple breathes, while focusing on flooding each muscle with oxygen.
I also flex on and off, harder and harder, only for like one second on, 2 seconds off.
Then I relax, stretch, and massage it all through.
Gheezus do the veins pop out!

Anyways, enough dribbling on about “warrior spirit” LMAO (Yea I’ve prolly eaten WAY to much acid in my time)
The whole reason I’m here is to document my gains, after new years eve.
2014 is the year I get much closer to my goal of 90kgs.
(No short cuts, no roids, just organic eating. Hell, I don’t even eat that much meat!)

Seriously though, happy to have you guys along for the ride.

Haha, thanks man. Show boatin stance. Wide open guard.
Looking for broken ribs steppin up like that.

P.s. love the Alex Grey profile pic. wicked

Dog gets a 9/10.

Obviously a built motherfucker, but if his doggy delts had a little more size and definition, he’d look really intimidating. Also, no wheels pic.

My noobness is hanging out, but what is a “wheels pic”?

Yea coz of the breed,
I’m not going to get him pulling weights for another 2 years.
When he stops growing at 3 years old.

Hey Spidey22, how ya goin?

Lololol strong troll/10

Ok, I figure someone should give a non-smartass response.

  • Since this is the Rate My Physique section, pictures of back and legs (a.k.a. wheels) are generally needed. Not sure how much good they’ll do you though, since as you pointed out you’re skinny as hell in that picture.
  • Second, you said 3 kg/day of food to gain/maintain. As is commonly asked around these parts: What, exactly, did you eat yesterday? You may be eating a lot, but if there’s insufficient protein and energy in there then you have a huge problem. Especially when you say “Hell, I don’t even eat that much meat!”.
  • Third, are you getting sufficient rest between workouts? From reading what you’ve said it looks like you’ve got a job that involves a lot of physical activity. That plus going to failure on workouts may also lead to insufficient recovery time, again shortchanging yourself.

yea nah its sweet.
I got this.
done it before.

maybe adming could put this topic where it belongs.
im just documenting for four weeks

i’ll be at about 75kgs by xmas I reckon.

what did you get locked up for?

Armed rob, home invasion, assault with a deadly weapon, assault police x4.
my QC got me off all but the armed rob.
got 3 years served one year

big fuss over nothing really.
was just doing my job.
settling debts

some kind of job you had there. Why didn’t you stay in school?

Yea, I had metal shop.
Welding bedframes, and assembling recliner chairs.
lol
Bastards made a fortune off me.

Nah man, left home at 14, got into the scene, and went feral.
hahhaha

since then ive done my HSC, and Adv. Diploma, and a few other different certificates
