Where on the chest can I find gyno if I have it? Is it right under the nipple? or is it more on the inferior-laterale side of pectoralis? I have something that starts almost on my lats and goes all the way to the pipple. Its not sore. it seems like fat to me. Have anyone heard of this?

I know what your talking about. I have the same thing. I believe it’s just fat. If you get your bodyfat% lower it should go away.
Now if you have a lump(s) in your nipple area that are sore and itchy, you may have gyno. If you are really worried about it go get checked by a doctor to be certain.
