Hey T-men, got a dillema here. I noticed about 3 months ago that I had a slight case of Gyno, it hurts a little when i press on it right under the nipple and i can grab a lump if i want to. It isn’t that bad and barely noticable when i take my shirt off but still, it disturbs me. So, I have a doctor’s appointment on tuesday the 1st and am hoping to get the doc to prescribe some nolvadex or clomid or something to stop this aromatization gyno causin bullshit. Is it just from puberty? Will this go away eventually (Thats what my parents say, haha)? Will it get worse as I mature? and finally, am I at particular risk for Gyno? stats - 162 lbs @ 5’9" 12% bf. Thanks guys
Oh, yeah, i forgot, I am 17.6 years old.
It will go away, most likely from puberty, a lot of people get that. It takes a couple months to a year sometimes but it should be nothing to worry about, see your doctor, he will probably tell you the same thing.
Hey T-bro. I feel your pain. When I was about 12 I remember feeling tenderness right under my nipples too. It hurt like hell. Really sensitive. I went to the doctor and he said that it was just from puberty and that it would subside in a few months. Well, it’s now 16 years later and unfortunately they are still there. It was a really embarrassing thing growing up. Locker room jokes and all. I am not saying that you will be the same way. From what I understand I am the exception. I went to a cosmetic surgeon about a year and a half ago to get rid of this shit and was told that my case was one where the actual gland was overdeveloped and not excess fatty tissue, and it could be removed for around $2k. What I have is basically a little hard nub right under the nipple and not excess pec fat. When I get down to around 4% bodyfat they are not that noticable. When I take my shirt off you can tell that I am not fat at all and most folks don’t even notice, but when I wear certain shirts it looks unsightly. I came up with a way to basically tape them down when I want to wear some of my undergear attire. It can be managed, but it is a real downer sometimes. I wish the very best for you bro.
