Anyone know about how i can incorporate some gymnastics style routines into my training? I’ve been using coach Staley’s Chin Up routine with great effects and have also started doing handstand push ups and was wondering if there was anything else i could take on board.
Not that i want to become a full blown gymnast, but in a dingy little sub basement type area of my gym, I’ve noticed parallel bars and those hanging ring things which has spurned the fascination. That and watching some seriously freaky male gymnasts go round. Any advice would be appreciated!
