I just finished up my first day off GVT 2000 (quad day) and i can barley walk! I wanted to know what others that tryed the program thought of it.
You know I haven’t tried this yet. I’ve done OVT and read about the original GVT. I’d be intetested to see others results as well.
Wow i am almost done with this week, and every time i workout a different body part, its hella sore. I think i have found my first favorite program Thanks T-nation!
