German Volume Training 2K

I just completed my first GVT quad workout. Wow! You’ve got to be a fricking masochist to finish the damn thing. But anyways, I was wondering what kind of strength gains you experienced accompanied with the lean mass you put on?

I think GVT 2k is just the same old hypertrophy routine used by bodybuilders.
The whole point of the program as stated by Charles Poliquin, is to create an environment were the same repeated stress is given to the muscle thus taxing it. I guarantee you ten sets of squats or deadlifts is much harder than breaking the work up around in a more traditional manner!
