I saw two shorter Hispanic fellows throwing a 10lb medicine ball at each others stomachs…
They would take turns laying on their backs and just spiking it down, like something straight out of the NFL! no one said a damn word to them. (probably because it was funny to watch)
I am just sitting there thinking, what the hell do they think the benefits of this could possible be?
Fighters will sometimes use medicine balls in that manner on their stomachs, but not spiking them really hard- they more have their trainer kind of bounce them over and over.

Or more terrifying. Never mind what I say though. I would hold a 2.5lb plate over my friend’s nuts when he was warming up for bench. One time I put a 10lb plate on one side of the bar WHILE he was benching(light benching… i’m not that mean). He was really confused afterwards.
