Does Coke Zero have caffeine in it? I been smashing litres of the stuff under the impression I’m saving myself a few calories but I’m trying not to go crazy on the caffeine on top of my ice coffees

Hit up the gym for a late night back and shoulder pump session but ended up getting drenched in rain on the way in. Good warm up though cos I had to run all the way to the gym.
Got the bluetooth beats on and channeled my inner bodybuilder for a sick pump. Alternated looking at powerlifters and instahoes between sets as a test booster lol

Sheiko 3 Day Under 80kg

Squats
Decent amount of work today with 3x5 and 5x5 paused. Squats felt pretty good though just took a while to get through it.
Bar felt good on the back. Slowing down the eccentric really helps with squatting too deep. Towards the bottom I let myself drop a bit and bounce instead of dive bombing the whole way and getting maximal bounce but squatting too deep.
Have had the knee sleeves in the bag for a while now but haven’t busted them out yet for this program. Maybe on heavier stuff.
Bench
Technique felt off today but still got in some good work and followed it up with a big pump from push ups and flyes

Getting consistent with cable rows but still need to do more curls cos they are the most important exercise

Sheiko = stronger hopefully lol. I have my doubts but am probably gonna just trust the process. If there’s not big gains at the end of it I’m gonna be chasing up some people for my money back

Pause Deadlift
Sumo Deadlift
Shithouse today technique wise. Seems like technique has been degrading for a few weeks now feeling less and less familiar each time. Today was kinda like learning a new movement and my body kinda had no idea what position to be in. Might be the frequency of practice like once a week. Got in a bunch of shitty looking reps. Shitty deadlifting put me in a real bad mood. Gonna get through the rest of today and go home and eat good food and play video games with the boys until I feel better
Bench
Started off bad cos I was still seething from poor deadlifts. Got better and better and felt pretty good by the end though. Low rep pause training has done a lot for my bench not necessarily Sheiko but my max bench was 105kg late last year touch and go so there’s some gains there.

Kinda disappointed with today’s session but time to head home and chill out with some good food and friends.
