I got stiff and flexible, LOL. Then again, i got them with a discount when there was a meet going on from sbd netherlands.
I prefer the flexible for squats, stiff for bench. But i like wasting money on ipf approved gear

The Shiek ones I have are approved. As far as I know, ive competed in about 8 meets in USPA and USAPL since I bought them and no one ever said boo.

Is bulldog grip alone plenty or do wraps not help bulldog much? I found wraps and bulldog don’t really go together but am I just wrapping it wrong?

Bulldog grip alone, no wraps. (Wraps really mess it up for me) I’ve started to use bulldog grip on bench and ohp variations and by doing that I’ve been able to go completely wrapless. For me it feels better than wraps (and it’s faster to set up and you don’t need to fear you wraps blowing up on you)

How much do you bench? So you’re wrists don’t explode even with all that weight? I should alright then and now that I pay attention there’s some other guys who bulldog grip without wraps with big weight.
I might give it another go with wrapping lower next session to see if it can work. If not it’ll be naked bulldog
Also where do you buy exploding wraps. Even if it isn’t IPF approved it sounds like fun

Just go to your nearest gym equipment store and look for ones that are around 15 euros (no idea how many kangaroo hides that is) and do a couple of weeks of heavy training. It’ll blow in your face sooner or later

For about 10 hides you can get 30 Dollarydoos which is roughly 15.24 euros… Although, half the dollarydoos are given to the church of crocidile dundee as penance for all of australias sins. so you really need 20 hides
