I’ma avoid the semantics of assistance/accessory/prehab/fluff/exercises for vanity’s sake.
Pretty much it’s probably a bad idea to be skipping accessories that are programmed in. They are there for a reason same as the main lifts. If you are srs then you should take assistance/accessory srsly also.
