Probably. You should be able to do as much/what you want as long as it doesn’t affect your main workouts or generate loads of fatigue, affecting the entirely week and training cycle.

Terrible sleep last night on account of the heat and feels like I’ve lost half my body weight through sweat. Low weigh in though.
Muggy day turned rainstorm at Iron Revolution for some gains. Didn’t each much pre workout but that doesn’t usually affect me much.

When I started this log was repping 130kg and here we are again. Feels a bit easier now than back then so I guess I am stronger now yay (still slowish though lol). Took it easy today with some volume (might be volume PR don’t remember) and will start rep PRing next time.
Pause Bench
85kg x 7,5,5,5,5,6,5,5,2 Rep PR
Trying out the new set up from last session. Last sesh when I first tried it I remember ROM being less… like were the ring markings wider on the other bar?
Might move grip out a bit wider. Meant to do lots of 5s but threw in a few extra reps first set for a life time rep PR… I think? Don’t remember.
Finished off with some more sets for a volume PR. Might throw up a few videos for form check later.

Been skipping OHP recently so is good to be back with a heavier weight. Bit more volume to make up… is that a thing like make up volume? Better have some boulder shoulder happening by the time I’m leaner.

Back on decent DL platforms so @Pinkylifting doesn’t get all OCD up in here. Wanted a rep PR today minimum 7 and 8 if it’s there.
195kg x 9 fuaaaaaark. About the highest RPE I’ve ever hit on sumo and by the end I was feeling all in my lower back I guess that’s not where I’m meant to feel it but who cares. Felt like a 10 RPE but didn’t look like one. Few weeks when it was go to RPE 10 day I hit 190kg x 8 I think so this is some real good gains.
Skipped conventional cos Back was fucked so had time to do dips and rows.
While my main lifts have gone up it annoys me that I’ve been skipping back work because in the past I was strong at pulling movements and had a lot of pride about that too. Also bodybuilding wise how am I gonna hit some men’s physique poses if I got no lats anymore
Nothing too crazy today. Just some good work and rep PRs. Rainstorm provided a free shower on the way out lol.
Carry a tape-measure with you. Never know when important things need measuring.
In seriousness its possible, I have had bars with rings at very different widths. Can look deceptive, my old gym had all the bars with a single ring at 87cm.

Yeh. 300 squat, dunno bench I think mid hundreds and 260 DL. It’s just that he doesn’t strike me as juicy
There’s plenty of dudes who are DYEL strength and/or muscle wise on gear so it’s hard to say. Your fake natty detection skills are probably just low level is all. Also if you’re bud is not really concerned with bodybuilding it’d probably be low dose.
