180… maybe one day inshallah. It’s probably a case of sexy until all of a sudden it’s not for me the way the bench moves. Not sure where that point is but we’ll keep on pushing

3 WEEKS OUT

Not much to update. Lower Back and Shoulder still hurt. Squat and bench looking good. Bench might even exceed expectations. Deadlifts not so much. If anything deadlift performance is below average atm Which I’m a lil bummed about because they are my favourite. Still time for them to show up tho. Inshallah

Visited a new gym. Know guys there already but being amongst em was an incredible experience. Great environment many strong guys there which I absolutely love.

2 Weeks Out

Getting close now. Feeling pretty chill/relaxed. Bench and Squat have been going ok but deadlifts aren’t quite what I hoped for. That’s ok tho. Strength has ebbs and flows, peaks and troughs and it’s not always there unfortunately. Hit a solid enough single with 270kg yesterday. For the meet we might go 260-275-? ish for attempts. Less than what I had hoped for end of last block but I’ll take it.

Bench PR - 145kg. Still enjoying bench training this block. First time in 2 years bench has moved so makes sense. Found a formula that works now we milk forever

96-97kg about the heaviest I’ve been. Pretty fluffy visually tbh its a lil uncomfortable but the gains are good

One Week Out

Singles were pretty ehhh this week 240/145/275 but I’m looking forward to having a fun day with my peoples. Went to a meet today to support lifters from my gym and it was pretty inspiring. Can’t really do much else at this point except not be too dum this coming week.

I’ll let u guys know how I go next post (hopefully hit a satisfying grinder or two)
