PR on incline bench today 100kg x 9. The 100kg mark kinda flew by once we started prioritising incline to work around the shoulder injury
Did some axe throwing which irritated my elbow a little lol. Hi stimulus/stresses out of nowhere especially new/novel stresses can = niggles
Congratulations, you already know more than 90% of “rehab specialists” on IG (and sadly that applies to a large percentage outside of IG as well).
Love that approach!
Jacked piggy
The downlighting was pretty good not gon lie lol
Ye I’ve been fortunate to have many good influences in this regard. Unfortunately there’s a lot of info out there that is Mayb not so good and these can influence people. I dunno if u guys interact or not but @j4gga2 is into this stuff
Showing off the hooves, a weird flex but apparently it helps get into the dms
Took me a sec but I’m inferring ur referring (lol) to the bare feet… ye chicks dig feet. Trust. FWIW I’m usually wearing my notorious lift deadlift slipper tho.
Thought you had made a typo… hooves instead of hos and thought that was a lil disrespectful to my spotter/women in general lol. Sorry
Cheeky 1kg squat PR today for my squat single @ RPE 8: 241kg. Moved surprisingly well given 230 felt like trash last week just goes to show training is rarely linear or isn’t even predictable.
I love throwing on some change plates. Can legitimately claim it as a PR and builds confidence and a sense of momentum (to get u through the hard slow times in training).
I enjoyed this one a lot. I’m keen for more though it’s pretty scary to get to weights we’ve never handled before. 250… 260 who knows maybe even 270. I’ll just have to focus on the process and doing what I can to make it happen: training hard but not too hard, eating, sleeping and recovering well.

Made that bar your bitch mate.
Absolutely mad speed for a PR single
Fookin betch lol. One of those days. Sometimes bar smash u
Ye, bodes well. That being said I’m not very good at grinding lifts so things tend to slow down and get sticky quick. The program was for a pretty cruisy single and was able to hit it as prescribed. Being able to put 1kg on and call it a PR was just a bonus.
Bruh. What she gonna do if you needed help. Srsly… ![]()
She curls more than u fam. Better show some respect.
Daaang bruh. Low blow. Wouldn’t be surprised though lol
Chicks at this gym be curling more than me brah
*saw a strong independent woman curling the 20s on the weekend lol
Deadlift PR 280kg @ RPE 8
Again, the skill of hitting a max is something I’m still developing so I reckon there’s plenty of gains to be made in that regard without even getting truly bigger or stronger. Getting closer and closer to 300 now. I can taste it

Yep @j4gga2 and I have touched bases before and I would say we seem to be on the same page about this stuff.
