245kg Squat PR. Misgrooved it a little but I’ll take it. Something that I’ve been feeling recently about squats is… scared. Haven’t really had that before but it’s fairly heavy now and I’m a lil scared going into sessions like these. It’s nice to have 4 spotters on u just in case but don’t always have that available
