GuineaPig’s Training Log - Hunt 300 Deadlift

Saw the tag but I honestly couldn’t tell you. I used to have a hard time with knees locking on heavy weight with the feeling id get hurt. That was from jerking into the bar and getting pulled forward at the top. Felt like if I locked hard it would almost snap back. Haven’t had that problem in a few months now though

Charcoal chicken thigh kebabs actually so pretty close. Lots of protein so was great for cutting and stuff

Just saw this.

Fuck me guy goes in for the challenge and gets kicked so hard that both leg bones are broken. How hard do you need to kick someone to do that?

Was thinking that right now Id much rather be back on a surplus, getting fluffier, bigger pecs and thicker quads than getting shredded as fuaaark (forgive my Zyzz).

Am I a real power lifter now?
