The strength is all in the belly hehe. About as heavy as I’ve ever been these days fluctuating between 92-94kg.

You continuing to intentionally add weight or just living it up in the kitchen?

Been eating more protein… well enough protein vs being bit deficient before. Haven’t tracked other macros so just the increase in protein extra fats and carbs that came with it have bumped me weight up over a few months. Not really pushing the weight but just fueling training and recovery. Might end up at 95kg top end in a few months

I have been chatting with good old @MarkKO about that case as well as big Tim O’Shea. The level of offensiveness seems to depend on personal involvement and knowledge about the specific insults. The way Mark explained it to me, I can understand the outrage.
It seems the guy in question did suffer greatly as a consequence from what Tim reported.

So maybe some grass will grow over it in a bit.
You still see all the people representing Metal suits in SM and PL and the founder is a legit Nazi. People have short memories…

Made some not so smart load selections today and loaded up 270kg on DL. Was a bit of a clusterduck lel. Lockouts were suss and missed a rep entirely with a misgroove. I’ll say it’s equivalent to at least 1 rep for a new max on calibrated plates. Will need to keep building for a while before coming back to hit this clean

Finished off block two with Melbourne Strength Culture with some PRs. Been a long 8 weeks of pushing and fatigue was kicking in but fortunately had the boiz around me to push me. Already hungry for more gains but into a deload we go

Back Squat: 200kg x 5
Sumo Deadlift: 265kg x 6

U say that but I hit 200kg for 5 on squat the other week which is a not only a new heaviest squat ever hit but for five reps and didn’t brag about it so I reckon I’m pretty humble

Mini Update:

Block 3 with Melbourne Strength Culture has been a little hit and miss because life disruptions but still working hard consistently at a higher baseline than ever before: moderate reps on squats between 180-200kg and DLs between 240-260kg. Bench pretty stubborn tho.

Highlight so far this block would have to be a set of Pause Sumo DL 260kg x 4. I’ve missed this weight for a single a few times in the last few months so to hit it comfortable for a few reps with more in the tank is nice.
