Ran thru the gym today hit a bunch of stuff: bench, DB bench, shoulder press, hack squat, leg press, GHR and leg curls.
Just had an announcement that gyms won’t be time or number or people limited anymore so will try to spread out sessions like this. When I first wrote this I was under the impression I’d only get in the gym once a week to go thru the whole lot of things that are only available in the gym.

Same-ish as always.
COVID restrictions went down another level so there’s no time or people limits in gyms. Is nice to go in and hit some Hypertrophy stuff.
Also getting some of the boiz around the garage nowz. Is nice to have the company. I’m helping a few out with their programming.
Speaking of programming my Sheiko Gold subscription ran out last week so thought I’d run my own thing a bit before deciding how to move forward.

My gym is now allowing attendance without bookings or time limits but only during manned hours. Waiting for it to go to 24/7 in the next 2 weeks

No idea. I think they are locking it up at 9pm when they go home. There is usually not many people there after 9pm anyway. Sometimes I have the place to myself
Can’t live without that 24/7 action. Iron Revolution switched up a while ago. Still waiting for the gym in Bendigo to as well.
