Try rolling it up real tight, one direction and then the other. You can also roll it and then tie it or put a regular pants belt around it to hold it in place, leave it like that for a couple hours.

A7 and Iron Tanks have IPF approval on their pioneer belts. Isa literally pioneer belts that they have bought off pioneer and are selling under their brand. Iron Tanks is an Australian company and not a massive one so impressed by their initiative, spending monies to make the monies

Hopefully they have plenty of stock

Couldn’t find it on their website

Did a bit of rolling but it’s about broken in now. Pioneer stuff takes a few days. I’ve heard of Inzer belts that were never truly broke in lol

Meant to be in Novembi. Some people got theirs with the limited initial roll out I think

I never examined a pioneer belt so I can’t compare, but mine is Inzer and still very stiff after several years.

Time to upgrade hehe

Solid delt focused bench session.

Tempo bench isn’t a variation that I’ve used much before and it’s hard in a good way. Hit a top single of 125kg there @ RPE 9 so that’s our bench mark.

Incline Press PR at 90kg x reps and some seated overhead press at 60kg. Looking forward to pushing all these variations in the coming block and getting thiccer

Playing with benching with a belt on today. I think mostly it’s just an external cue to stay tighter so can’t hurt

Making those inclines look nice and easy mate.

Thnx. Felt harder than it looked. Long stroke/ROM and delt emphasis will do that I guess. Given that it feels tough hopefully is good for me delts and good for me bench and jackedness.

That is also why I have started prioritizing them as well.

No. U Too Strong.

If u don’t believe u have already lost

Exactly mate. I am conceding this battle before it is even fought.

Dunno about you but I enjoy a good fight even if defeat is most likely. There’s a thrill to going against the odds. Why I like to be a small fish in a big pond. I train with some of the strongest guys in town rn and it’s good times even if I can’t realistically compete
