Have always wondered how much of a deadlift is equivalent to lifting the lighter end of a car? Would be a cool party trick
Dont know man. Different leverages so probably resembles more of a partial deadlift but if ur eddie hall and can deadlift 500kg can probs pick up the whole car instead lol
Bag of burritos…“Bro, I’m cultivating mass.”

Not joking here, at one point if time I used to eat half a kilo of potatoes before training because ny belt was too big
After a couple of months my dumb ass realized that I could drill more holes into the belt
Yeah, bracing
I’m finding kinda the opposite. With a meal in me the belt starts fitting a little small and makes me want to one buy a size up.
SBD BELT TIME YEAHBUDDY nvm bank account says no
Lies. Your rep PRs are all fake plates and photoshop

Living legend of bodybuilding and strength sports.
#GOAT
The lower the pants, the Higher the World record is
The lower the real plates, the higher the fake weight
Gonna be honest. Needed 20 seconds to think that through properly
That feel when you make an effort to eat less KFC than normal but your weight goes up on the scale. Fuck sake
Seriously though feels like I’m barely eating anything but somehow I’m maintaining low 80s. How the fuck was I eating a bit less than a year ago when I could maintain mid 70s easy and found it hard to bulk.
Dno man. I cant empathise with your former position, I’ve always been a fatty who can gain weight just looking at food, hence Ive spent the last 10 years on a ‘cut’ of some sort. Never have I ever understood the ‘cant gain weight’ thing, do you people just not realise how delicious food is or something?
gain is easy. I feel you man. Food is good.

Forever bulk brah. RoadToSHW. Total > Wilks

Chilly/Perfect day for lifting at Iron Revolution fuelled by waffles (one shown but there was two about 30 seconds ago)
Bit pressed on time so we’ll see how it goes
Squat
125kg x 8,8,8,8,8
Never repped this weight before so calling it a Rep PR sounds a bit shifty. Also volume is the devil. I can’t feel my quads anymore.
Trying not to fight the dive bomb but go with it by keeping tension in my muscles as I hit the bottom.
Pause Bench
85kg x 5,5,5,5,5,5,5,4,5
Volume PR on Pause Bench. Low rest clean (ish reps).
Set up felt good last time but this time the same scapula retraction tightness wasn’t there. Maybe it was the front squats last time. Be right back doing heavy front squats before bench in a meet
Rep PR was actually pretty close @ 7 reps so maybe some other time I’ll go for 8. Miscounted reps and sets like crazy buy pretty sure we got the volume PR. Bit tired after so not looking forward to sumo
Sumo Deadlift
190kg x 8,4,1 Rep PR
Meant to hit 7 for a Rep PR but miscounted for 8 and a massive Rep PR. Real happy with this one considering 2-3 weeks ago 190kg for 3 was a struggle. Time to move up the weight. Repping 200kg soon. Back off set of 5 for lols but the straps slipped so one hooky grip
Mid last year I started pulling sumo cos my mate said it was > conventional. Three plates for a few reps was awkward and heavy. The goal was to rep 4 plates for kicks and now here we are.
Gotta give the T Nation forum lads and ladies some credit. So thanks all for the support gains. Might also have something to do with the massive amount of tren that this guinea pig is on. Vetinary grade gains
And my mate who does my program but to be honest he seems pretty lazy and disinterested in how I’m going. Then again he isn’t paid for this stuff…nvm. Him too or else I’d be doing Chest Back Legs Arms/Delts Abs
Conventional
170kg x 6,4,3,3 Rep PR
1 Rep PR and a few sets ended when form breaks down by back rounding out for a volume PR also. 170kg seems a good working weight for conventional where I have to fight a bit to maintain form and is also convenient for right after sumo with 3 25s a side.
I love taking my time in the gym but today wasn’t one of those days. Rushed through and skipped all the accessories but the work that was done was good stuff.
