Popping this here to remind myself: I needa do better with callous management. Haven’t been pumice stoning my hand during showers probably why it caught and made a blood blister on the sets leading up to the 250kg set.
Which just begs the question of what have you been pumice stoning instead.

Trained at a mates home gym in Bendigo today. Visiting restrictions just lifted so was nice to be around the boiz.
Brought along my noodle bar for deads to use with the fat plates. Felt surprisingly good today but reps were sloppy so didn’t do anything too wild. Hit top set of 220kg x 10 reps for a PB (lost count at like 3 so I’ll take it).
Grateful to be training with friends again. Probs took for granted pre lock down but ima make the most of it now. SocialPig

Enjoyed access to weighted dips again. It’s a great movement for me because my shoulders handle is fine and it’s big weight and large range of motion… maybe a dip station is in the future for the home gym. There’s probably a cheaper way to get some dips stands together I’ll have a look into it.
