Got me thinking that if you lifted in a suit of armor, you could lift pretty much anything. That is some insane bracing. I hear that is why Thor wore one in GoT.

Appetite has been trash last few days. Even more palatable yum yums are meh. Dunno what’s up probs eating according to hit numbers and not going off hunger signals as much made my body all funky. Maybe I’m at the kinda upper end of food intake/bodyweight that there’s a lot of resistance from my body to continue. I think a bulk break is indicated

Chances are it’ll pass in a few days or weeks if you keep pushing. Miserable though, worse than being hungry while dieting.

I enjoy the bulk life. More yum yums more strong. Body doesn’t always cooperate though

Thanks for reaching out. Min is a 250+ deadlifted too, so if you can work something out that suits you both, it could give you someone to push you harder when you get back to IR. Hope it works out.

Nothing too crazy tonight. Few sets of easy wrapped squats with top set 160kg x 3.

Saving energy to go big in Bendigo with a couple of mates at another home gym later this week (still within covid regulations of course because I’m a good boi).

Overall don’t feel like going too big this week.

Not particularly beat up from the deadlift max last week but still feel like taking it easier. Not much life stress wise just a single chill uni assignment before a little break before end of semester rush of work.

Appetite is down and the training app is telling me to chill so probs will just hit one medium deadlift/bench sesh and another bench sesh or something this week.

Watch out lol. Might be in for an easy week after pushing your deadlift the other day. Sometimes pushing yourself can create alot of funk esp if you got stuff going on in your life outside of lifting.
