About to submit the biggest assignment yet. Bit tired so will train tomoz.
Haven’t had a proper training session since Thursdi last week so expecting a fair amount of squat volume tomoz.
I think I got a solid week and a bit until the next assignment so let’s get in some decent training.
Bit of catch up volume again. Wasn’t as grueling as last catch up volume squat sesh which is a plus.
Worked up to a double @ 167.5kg and a triple in wraps @ 180kg. Followed up with 15 rep PB on front squats @ 90kg. High rep front squats ain’t fun but I’ll keep going for now.

Going in the right direction I guess just needs stay disciplined and not overdo it.
I squat like u lol pops out the bottom but hits the sticking point and catches hard which is how I’d miss.

Relatively strong legs vs back/hips apparently or bar path being atrocious. I dunno if it’s something that can be fixed beyond that.

I’ve been capable of it for a while now. 240 is/was my max on bumpers. Hit it for 4 on the calibrated plates not too long ago and for 7 using my mega cheat meme set up more recently.
I’m enjoying just getting stronger in general though I don’t see the need to hit a max. Just building for the time being. Might rep 250 on a big day towards end of a block though.
Was thinking of saving a true max for a special event when a gym’s open again. I’m close with the owner of a small independent one and he’s been struggling. It’ll be good for everyone to have a big reopening day I think.
Sheiko has been alright. Hardest thing is not overshooting actually for me because it lets you change whatever whenever.
