Guideline for kettlebell weight increases

So I’ve not been able to use any of my weights for a while now, they have found asbestos in my garage roof so until it’s replaced it’s out of bounds.
In the mean time I’ve been doing kettlebell swings most days. I do 100 in as few sets as I can, one handed switching hands every 10 reps. I do each set until I’m either too tired or my form starts to break down.
My question is what is a good time to go up in weight? I can 30-40 one handed swings, switching hands ever 10, with a 20kg without too much difficulty, I’m breathing hard but I’m not dying.
My only reservation is that I’m really weak with Turkish get ups. I’ve never really tried them so my max is a 12kg kettlebell, 5 reps each side switching sides with each rep, resting long enough to be ok for the next rep.
