thank for the support- i am in a much better place mentally right now than a few days ago…After 14 days zero carb shelby filled me up a bit yesterday. In addition to that, i can walk around easier since i stopped treadmill cardio (using the treadmill reallllly fucks my body up) and only use step mill- 90 mins a day now.

Shelby replied today and said something like “perfect, low back is tight, just gotta keep working to get the legs tighter” cals will be very low and only coming from protien for the next few days—but i am ready!!!

as far as the leg posing—i do beleive i am doing what you are saying—its just, im not as lean as you, dont mean to bitch, but being 100 percent drug free its tough to get as ripped as you are—dunno how guys like Stu and Ebomb did it- especially since i think they did less cardio than me!!! i guess i jjust dont have lean genetics!

thanks stu, i havent missed a meal, workout, or minute of cardio yet. I appreciate the pep talk, but i prefer to look at these last few weeks as simply just executing the plan! which is all ive ever done over these last 16 weeks

as far as the tiny waist goes—i guess its my one genetic gift–i certainly didnt get genes to become insanely strong (many here would laugh at my lifting numbers) and it seems i dont have great genetics to become insanely lean either.

Well I was pale, i used to go a lot though and my skin goes darker very fast but im going 3x/week loll
